It is a new substance to firefighting, developed about years ago, and is not widely used. But, keeping in view the fact that those firefighters who have experienced it are impressed, they said it offers a long lasting than the foam retardants that are around for many years. Those who have used it gave an intentionally positive reaction over it. In this sense fire retardant panels are the  safest way ever.
